This article explores **Constructivism and Governmentality in Postmodern Public Administration** through Charles J. Fox and Hugh T. Miller’s work. Drawing on Giddens’s structuration theory and Foucault’s concept of governmentality, it examines how institutions are socially constructed, how power operates through knowledge and administrative practices, and how governments shape society while being shaped by it. Ultimately, it challenges a fundamental assumption: **Are institutions governing us, or are we continuously constructing the institutions that govern us?**

This article critically examines **Samuel Moyn’s reconstruction of Critical Legal Studies (CLS)**, exploring the relationship between law, political economy, and intersectional subordination. Drawing on feminist legal theory, Critical Race Theory, and the Law and Political Economy movement, it investigates how legal systems reproduce inequalities of class, gender, and race. At its core lies a fundamental question: **Is law merely an instrument of social domination, or can its inherent flexibility become a means of resistance, reform, and transformative justice?**
